Hi, I'm Patrick!

I appreciate you taking the time to visit and considering Champagne Counselling and Therapy Services to help you with your goals!

 

A little about myself, I am a registered Social Worker who has always had a passion for working with the Indigenous people. I consider myself to be a strong ally and advocate for all First Nations people! Part of my passion is helping in addressing the root cause of one's addiction, as well as helping clients overcome barriers to cultural reconnection.  I am an eclectic Therapist pulling from a wide range of Therapeutic Modalities including CBT, DBT, Emotional Processing, Somatic Therapy and more!

 

Most of my career has been dedicated to working in the Addiction/Homelessness/Mental Health sector.

 

Some of my Education Background includes: 

• Social Service Worker program through College Boreal in 2012,

• Redpath Substance Use Program Facilitator's Training in 2015

• Addictions Counselling with Honors through Northern College in 2017

• Honors Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work through Laurentian University on May 16th, 2023 with a Minor in Criminology (cum laude honors).

• Member of the Dean's Honors List for 2021-2022

I also have over 10 years of group facilitating experience and have successfully facilitated numerous Redpath Cycles since my initial training in 2015.
